Odstawiamy na 10-15 min. Bu\u0142k\u0119 kroimy w drobn\u0105 kostk\u0119, zalewamy resztk\u0105 mleka, wbijamy jajko, dodajemy rozczyn dro\u017cd\u017cy, porcjami dosypujemy m\u0105k\u0119 i wyrabiamy jednolite ciasto. Wyrobione ciasto dzielimy na 2 cz\u0119\u015bci i formujemy z niego &#8221; chlebki&#8221;. Odstawiamy na 30-40 min do wyro\u015bni\u0119cia. Zagotowujemy wod\u0119 z sol\u0105. Do gotuj\u0105cej wody, wk\u0142adamy pojedynczo knedliki ( knedliki rosn\u0105 podczas gotowania i mog\u0142yby si\u0119 sklei\u0107 ), gotujemy po 6-7 min z ka\u017cdej strony.
